Meghan Markle attended Variety’s Power of Women’s Gala in Los Angeles on Thursday. Gracing the red carpet, she was asked about the everlasting impact her show Suits had on audiences by Angelique Jackson. When she was told how the show has crossed 45 billion minutes recently, Markle replied “Isn’t that wild?”. The 42-year-old then said she had “no idea” how it intrigued people again “but it’s hard to find a show you can binge-watch that many episodes of these days,” she added.
According to her, the length of the series might be the reason it revived and that good shows were everlasting. She also recalled the time saying that she had fun with the show members while doing seven seasons. For the unversed, Markle played the role of Rachel Zane, an ambitious paralegal working in the firm Pearson Hardman. But in recent years, the Royal Highness has also been involved with other projects.
The Duchess has appeared on Heart of Invictus, Live to Lead, and the famous autobiographical project Harry & Meghan. But the latest conversation with Variety revealed this was not the end of her and Prince Harry‘s endeavors in the entertainment work.

Meghan Markle shared with Jackson how she has been working on projects. She could not confirm if it would make people feel good, but certainly knew it would evoke emotional responses. “And feel a sense of community. But we have so many exciting things on the slate,” explained the California native. She seemed quite eager to announce the projects because she was proud of the work they were doing.
The mother of two also revealed her husband loved it and has supported her endeavors throughout their marriage. Though finding the right connections in the show business has not been easy for them, the couple did not back down. Speaking of the Variety event, many other A-listers like Emily Blunt, Billie Eilish, and others also graced the event and were honored for their efforts toward women’s empowerment.
