"It's gonna be bad---"- Aaron Korsh Promises Fans He Will Make 'Suits: LA' Worth Every Second of the Wait
Until 2023, Suits was mostly remembered as that legal drama your parents might have binged—or the show that just so happened to star Meghan Markle before she became the Duchess of Sussex. It ran for nine seasons, but never quite got the cultural street credit it deserved. Then, in 2023, everything changed when the series landed on Netflix. Out of nowhere, it exploded in popularity all over again, introducing a whole new generation to the fast-talking lawyers of Pearson Hardman. Fans could not get enough and immediately began calling for a return to the franchise. The buzz led to the announcement of a spin-off series, Suits: LA, and since then, it has been one tease after another.
Creator Aaron Korsh recently dropped yet another tease, promising fans that Suits: LA will absolutely live up to their expectations.

Ever since Suits: LA was announced, Aaron Korsh has been living his best life on X. Every other day, he has been answering fan questions, squashing rumors, and dropping exciting tidbits about the new series. In his latest X post, he promised to tackle even more fan questions while also juggling work on some of the new episodes. And he did not hold back on the hype either. The creator guaranteed that fans would be hooked from the first four episodes. “It’s gonna be bad—,” Korsh teased, leaving everyone wondering what he really meant.
Korsh has already hinted that Suits: LA will feel fresh and different from the original show. New premise, new location, new type of law, and plenty of fresh faces. But that said, there will still be a sprinkle of the old Suits magic through the characters. The revival of the franchise has sparked tons of speculation about which familiar faces might return. So far, Sarah Rafferty’s name is the one that keeps coming up.
With Gabriel Macht confirmed to reprise his role as Harvey, fans are crossing their fingers for Donna to make a comeback too.
Will the Darvey Ship set sail again?
It is confirmed that Gabriel Macht will be reprising his role as Harvey in the upcoming spin-off show. Following that, fans have been requesting his on-screen love interest to return as well. Sarah Rafferty, who played the iconic character, has hinted more than once that she is open to reprising the role in Suits: LA. But there is no official word yet.

Last year, Rafferty dropped some intriguing hints during spin-off discussions with E! News and clearly stated, "If Donna is needed, I'm happy to put the shoes on." If she does return, it would not just be a nostalgic treat for fans; it could also give the franchise a chance to make up for the less-explored Harvey and Donna love story fans were left longing for.
