“It’s done..” – Arnold Schwarzenegger Finally Breaks Silence About His Role in Sylvester Stallone’s ‘The Expendables 4’
Arnold Schwarzenegger has finally broken his silence about The Expendables 4. He is one of the few actors from the 80s and 90s era who can give sold-out shows just by being a part of it. That holds true to this day, the proof of which is the fourth upcoming part of The Expendables franchise. The franchise not only nurses the inner child of the older generation but also introduces these actors to younger audiences.
Now pulling off a successful franchise in today’s competitive market is so no simple thing. But with Bruce Willis, Sylvester Stallone, and Arnold Schwarzenegger together, there was no failing. However, there has been news about the Austrian Oak pulling out of the franchise. Now the artist himself has spoken out about the reports.

The struggle for power is real when some of the biggest and timeless stars in Hollywood take the stage together. Fans were surely struggling to decide which actor to focus on when The Expendables was first released back in 2010. Now the fourth part of the franchise is set to release in September of this year but with one less star. The actor explained in an interview with Parade recently why he will not be part of the upcoming flick. “It’s done and I’m not in it,” he said while assuring that he and rival-turned-friend Stallone will continue to make movies together as they have.
As of now, his decision to pull out came simply because of the ‘been there, done that’ feeling. He apparently shot the role in the first movie within a couple of hours upon Stallone’s request. Thereafter, he returned for the next two parts, despite Willis dropping out after the second.
His role as Trench was not very significant, although the actor’s presence helped boost the movie. Regardless, the franchise will continue without him now.

Even without Schwarzenegger, The Expendables 4 is expected to be big, bold, and expensive. Making up for his absence will be celebrities like 50 Cent and Megan Fox, along with Dolph Lundgren, Andy Garcia, Randy Couture, etc. reprising their roles.
Returning with heavier weaponry, the muscles and brains will team up to fight a drug dealer. A kingpin with his own army will give ample reasons to fill the movie with action, and even more action.
