Meghan Markle is about to have a busy year. She has three major projects lined up—her Netflix show With Love, Meghan, lifestyle brand, and her new rumored podcast series. While the first two projects are all but confirmed, the podcast is still mostly speculation among fans. This all comes just over two years after the not-so-smooth end of her Archetypes podcast. Even though it was a hit—topping the charts and even winning a People’s Choice Award—the deal came to an abrupt halt, supposedly because it did not meet productivity benchmarks.

With all the rumors flying around about Meghan Markle possibly coming back to podcasting, here is everything we know so far.

The speculations surrounding Meghan Markle’s return to podcasting first started with a post from Lemonada earlier this month. The female-founded organization shared a series of images promoting their podcast series, and among them was Markle’s Archetypes logo with the words “NEW YEAR, NEW EPISODES” written alongside it. In the caption, Lemonada wrote, “We are SO Back.” Naturally, fans thought maybe, the Duchess was about to bless us with brand-new Archetypes episodes. But, as of now, there has been no official word on that front.

Even so, Lemonada Media’s post definitely raised hopes that Markle might have a podcast coming soon, after all. And it was not the only clue. Recently, Hello! Magazine also reported that Markle’s podcast episodes have allegedly been delayed due to the LA fires, along with her Netflix cooking show, which will now debut on March 4. While the delay is not exactly something to celebrate, it does make it seem a little more likely that the podcast is on its way. But there is still one catch. Markle’s track record with podcasts has not been all that great.

Former Archetypes podcast employees recently spilled some harsh insider details about the Duchess’ alleged behavior behind the scenes.

Earlier this month, UK royal correspondent Neil Sean shared an exclusive report with Fox News Digital. He claimed that some former staff members from Meghan Markle’s Archetypes podcast were not at all fond of her. In fact, they even came up with a nickname for the Duchess, inspired by a horror movie. According to Sean, Markle was seen as “tough,” and she preferred to only speak with high-level people.

Many insiders still believe that Markle’s behavior may have played a part in why the podcast did not last. This is not the first time that people who worked with her have spoken out about her tough management style, but there are still plenty of people who have had great experiences working with the Duchess. Now, whether her second shot at podcasting, or so the rumors suggest, will work, is yet to be seen.
