While she sticks to a strict health regimen that includes extensive workouts and a nutritious diet, some recent rumors have people wondering if there is more to her beauty secrets. 

Jennifer Aniston and Sandra Bullock were seen leaving a plastic surgery facility in Connecticut recently, alongside Jason Bateman's spouse, Amanda Anka. The three women left The Retreat At Split Rock in Greenwich, Connecticut, all together. This came after over five years since Aniston admitted to having a corrective nose fix because a surgery from 12 years ago did not turn out right. According to a representative’s statement to US Weekly, it was her second time getting her nose done. Reportedly, she first did it in 2007. 

Aniston, however, has a strong stance on aging gracefully and is not afraid to share her views on those who go for surgeries. In 2021, she candidly told Bobbi Brown, editor of Yahoo! Beauty and makeup icon, that she refuses to succumb to the trend of cosmetic surgery. She mentioned being “grateful” for learning from the mistakes of other celebrities and added, “I am not injecting s**t into my face”. According to Aniston's views, those who opt for such procedures are insecure and cannot accept the natural aging process.

Her recent visit to the plastic surgery office, however, has left some fans skeptical about whether she still holds onto those values. 

Jennifer Aniston stepped out of the Connecticut office, dressed in a black sweater, black scarf, wide dark brown belt with a brass buckle, and black boots. She also held onto a black coat, tinted sunglasses, and a big black hat that made her seem like she was trying to shield herself from the world's prying eyes. This led fans to assume that maybe they “caught” Aniston in a moment she preferred to keep hidden from the public eye. 

Fans were also taken aback by the existence of something called a “plastic surgery office” in the world.

They could not help but remark on the friendship between Aniston and Sandra Bullock as well. 

Jennifer Aniston has been clear about her stance on plastic surgery. Nonetheless, with her squad of hairstylists, makeup artists, trainers, and her personal health regimen, Aniston can effortlessly maintain her youthful appearance, with or without a plastic surgeon.
