It would not be too much to say that Monica Geller could not have become a fan-favorite without her. But this time it seems she is not confident with her decision as she tries to buy this $525 perfume for herself.

Courteney Cox contemplates buying an old perfume bottle 

Courteney Cox recently graced the cover of Marie Claire in a white dress. For the same, she also sat down with the magazine to talk about her home care brand Homecourt. The interview revealed the first focus of her brand had always been fragrance because the 59-year-old star has always loved good scents. In fact, she had remained obsessed with the perfume called Jour de Fête from the French line L’Artisan Parfumeur for over one decade. So when the interviewer Chantal Fernandez reminded her of it, the filmmaker instantly went to search it over the internet.

The fragrance discontinued many years ago and looked to buy an old bottle. Luckily for her, one was available on the website eBay but at a high price of $525. “Is it worth it?” asked the Bedtime Stories star and put her phone down to resist the temptation in front of the host. However, when Fernandez checked later on the page, the listing was gone, which pointed out that Cox had bought it. Launched in 2004, Jour de Fête was a spicy amber fragrance for women and men. 

While she may have only recently started her fragrance brand, the actress has always been fond of fostering a home to its finest potential, much like her Friends character.

Despite earning $150 million, Cox is humble and homely

Courteney Cox established herself among the A-listers of Hollywood after her casting in the cult comedy drama. But after the show she has continued to maintain further polish her standing in the industry. Interestingly, while this incredible actress has her full pocket with a net worth of $150 million, she is still obsessed with home duties. In one of her interviews with Jimmy Kimmel, the Cougar Town star revealed she did all the cleaning and cooking herself during the pandemic.

The lockdown gave her the chance to engage her passion for neatness and food. Also, this was the same time when the idea of her growing line came to her mind. The Birmingham-born star worked on it and launched Homecourt, which offers a collection of items from scented candles, cleaning goods, hand creams, lotions, and beauty wellness products.
