It is the Sussex Season and Prince Harry’s favorite sporting season is here. The Duke takes interest in a lot of sports and games. However, this is what he takes pride in. Founded in the year 2014, the American sporting festival is marked in honor of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry. With just a hundred and fifty days left for the games to begin, Prince Harry made it to Berlin to attend the opening ceremony of the 6th Invictus Games, 2023.

Appearing on the big screen through the projector, the Duke of Sussex, 38, and the patron of the Invictus Games, thanked the German Prime Minister, members of Parliament, and everyone for their support. Keeping it neutral with his usual color palettes, he kept it classic, with a navy blue suit and white shirt. After King Charles ended his historic speech in Germany earlier in the last month, this is the second time we got to hear another royal delivering a speech in the German language.

Guten abend meine damen und herre“, said the Duke kick-starting the games. This roughly translates to “good evening ladies and gentlemen” in English. The duke continued, “First and foremost I would like to thank Prime Minister, Wüst, members of parliament, team Germany and all those gathered here tonight for your continued support. We are just 150 days away.”
