Just a few weeks ago, Lionsgate teased fans with a glimpse of Guy Ritchie’s latest World War II flick, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare. And as they say, it is shaping up to be the closest thing audiences will get to The Man from U.N.C.L.E. sequel. This upcoming Henry Cavill starrer spy action-comedy has been going all out with its marketing push, evident from its showering audiences with teasers and sneak peeks. And just when fans thought they had seen it all, another teaser popped up, leaving them eager for more.
The Official X, formerly Twitter, page for Lionsgate’s The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, rolled out a new promo to draw in audiences into exploring “the first special forces mission in history“. The promo featured snippets of the movie, with Cavill narrating the nature of the mission he and his team will undertake. It even teased a scene where they find themselves locked up by the “Brits“.

The teaser revealed Cavill’s character assembling a crack team of Nazi hunters to create an unorthodox band of heroes to confront the enemy. For those unfamiliar, the film is inspired by the true-life escapades of the Special Operations Executive, championed by none other than Winston Churchill. It is a narrative of courage and determination, and Henry Cavill, from what it seems, will portray one of the British military’s finest soldiers tasked with dismantling the Nazi threat during World War II.
The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, after getting fans all worked up with the first trailer, pushed their anticipation over the edge with this new teaser.
Fans are loving Henry Cavill’s new look in The Ministry Of Ungentlemanly Warfare
Henry Cavill is not one to shy away from switching up his appearance to get into a character, but it does not always hit the mark. One instance of this was his Argylle hairdo, which, much like the movie, received an underwhelming response and a fair amount of trolling. Yet, Guy Ritchie’s spin on Cavill’s appearance hit the sweet spot with fans, and they just cannot stop singing its praises.

While Henry Cavill’s name in a project is enough to get people hyped up, it does not always pan out as expected. But fingers crossed, unlike the last go-around, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare will not crash and burn before it even gets off the ground. With that hope, April 19 is the day when the judgment will finally be out in the open.
