Sitting down with PEOPLE ahead of her new Netflix series, With Love, Meghan, Meghan Markle looked back on how Suits still holds a special place in her life. The legal drama became one of Netflix’s most-streamed shows in 2023. But for Markle, the connection goes beyond nostalgia; she still owns a piece of the show’s history, literally! “I still have the pencil skirt from the first episode!” she revealed, fondly describing Suits as “time capsule.”  

Even though Markle spent years in front of the camera, her new project has pushed her into new waters. “I was never really in front of the camera like this,” she admitted. Despite this, she is reportedly still on close terms with her Suits co-stars, including Abigail Spencer.
