The Invictus Games are a sporting event dedicated to reviving the spirits of veterans who found themselves losing normalcy to the war. Prince Harry reignites year and again the passion of these people. However, the Duke is but a sole luminary amidst a constellation of stars that work to help the courageous war veterans turned competitors. Caelin Nadin, whose efforts were highlighted in the Netflix docuseries, sat down with Global News to speak about her experience as a Yoga therapist at the Invictus Games.
The Yoga therapist found herself making her way to the beautiful tapestry of several courageous war veterans through an old client of hers by the name of Darrell Ling. However, upon learning of her experience with somatic practice, Netflix roped her into the docuseries. “I really don’t have words yet,” Nadin told Global News.
Through her unique approach to helping the recovery, Caelin Nadin was one of the key players in last year’s Invictus Games. While the instructor defines the game itself as “inspirational“, she shares her sentiments for Prince Harry.

The Invictus Games have always been an emotionally heavy and passion-driven event, highlighting the extraordinary journey of the participants. The Netflix docuseries differ from the game in the way it sheds light on Prince Harry. Rather than making him a mere observer, the OTT Mogul saturates the Duke’s involvement in the games. This was marked by many as an attempt at revamping the Prince’s image. However, Caelin Nadin has offered some on-the-field details that say otherwise.
The Duke of Sussex has had a whirlwind year since the release of his Netflix docuseries and memoir. At one point, it was hard to see through the gazillion headlines what kind of person Prince Harry was. Is the Duke of Sussex a mastermind always ready to pounce on the royal family? Is he a victim of a witch hunt? While that still remains unanswered, according to Nadin, Prince Harry on the Invictus Games ground is just a “sweet guy.” And as he celebrates his birthday with the crowd this year, growing progressively redder with each wish, it seems to be the most believable truth.
