“I get that kind of ‘sì’” – ‘Stranger Things’ Star Sadie Sink on How She Is Never Afraid to Rely on Her Intuition While Picking Work
From ‘Running Up That Hill’ to ‘All Too Well’, Sadie Sink has become a force to be reckoned with in Hollywood. The young actress broke into the public consciousness with her character Max Mayfield in Stranger Things. Sadly, that story is not going so well, but the career of this red-haired beauty has taken tremendous progress. It is quite an achievement at 21 that she has transitioned seamlessly from theatre to television to movies. While fans believe that the girl has reached this height solely through her talent, it might be astounding for them to know her intuition has played a huge part in all this.
Fans who regularly monitor all her moves would know Sadie Sink has become the newest global ambassador of Armani Beauty. This is a huge feat this Netflix star has taken after belting major filming projects and brand collaborations. And to talk about this partnership, the American actress sat down with InStyle. In this interview, the outlet used the opportunity to ask her about projects for whom she instantly said yes.
In her response, she stated it is all about the work that feels right to her. “I get that kind of ‘sì’ and passion in my career when I’m really excited about a script or project or something,” Sink remarked.

Sadie Sink was a big fan of Stranger Things when the show came out. So when she got to know about the role of Max before season 2, the character instantly clicked with her. And though the creators were hesitant to take a 14-year-old girl, the Chuck star did not back down because she was passionate about it. In her interview with FASHION last year, she opened up about how the role did not come to her so easily.
“I just begged and pleaded with them to give me more material, so I could show them something fresh,” she revealed. Well, Sink landed the part and then the world witnessed her unwavering talent in season 4.
