During the conversation, he opened up about the differences he had noticed between him and his peers during his longstanding career. He referred to Robert Downey Jr. who has been the attention of Hollywood for decades and still manages to pull that charm.

The Boston native praised his costar that the man had the leading aura, which often left people stunned. According to him, the acting profession has two different sides, first the stage and then the things that are behind it. But unlike the Iron Man actor, Evans felt he does not have that kind of “magnetic” personality and has always struggled with doing stuff. So he would not try to fit in the box and would grab any opportunity that comes after his superhero era.

The Gifted star will take supporting roles just like the mystery drama Knives Out offered him in 2019. “I’m happy to be in an ensemble. I don’t need to carve out some sort of leading man niche for myself,” he said. For the unversed, he played a negative role in the movie, which was unexpectedly amazing considering he has always been the good guy for fans. In fact, in the photo shoot of this magazine, he gave major bad-guy vibes.
