In the video, the actress opened up about how Enola began her journey as a 16-year-old trying to find her place in the world. However, in the end, she accepted herself for the unique person she is.

“I think that if young women walk away from this film feeling empowered, thinking that they have a seat at the table,” she explained. Brown continued that if all the women who watched it took her message, then this movie would be successful.
