Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s near-catastrophic car chase triggered the entire social media bubble. However, Buckingham Palace, as usual, maintained a tight lip throughout the entire incident. Royal sources gave downright rejection to comment on the said matter as the Sussexes grappled with the situation across the pond. Nonetheless, in times of need as well, the royal feud is nowhere to come near a truce. The Prince of Wales, Prince William, and Prince Harry have had a long-standing conflict between themselves.

Recent comments from the Waleses’ supporters have aggravated the matter furthermore. 

Prince William’s friends find Prince Harry’s statements hysterical 

According to Daily Beast, close acquaintances of Prince William and Kate Middleton have poked fun at the “near catastrophic” car chase of the Sussexes. With the all-time favorite royal pickup line, pals of the Wales couple affirmed, “Recollections may vary.” The publication has it that the supporters of the Wales couple have well analyzed the New York incident and have things to add to the same. 

The friends also added that Prince William and Kate Middleton have quite often encountered anything as such. Being a royal comes with various pros and cons, and this is inevitably one of them. Taking a jibe at the demand for privacy by the Sussexes, the associate of the royal family added, “I thought they were leaving the royal family for a quieter life.”

The associate further added, “If flash bulbs give Harry flashbacks, I don’t understand why he is going to award ceremonies.” 

Prince William and King Charles “completely” understand Prince Harry’s outrage. The friend continued to state that, “everyone understands his anger at photographers but making hysterical statements doesn’t help matters.” In fact, King Charles, too, sides with his youngest against the paparazzi. Nonetheless, his wish is still the same that complaining about such things does not help in any way.

According to Wales associates, the pictures and video footage indicate a “much less perilous impression” than the way it has been exaggerated by media houses. In fact, not only the royal friends, but recent reports from all over have stated the statements from the said “spokespersons” were exaggerated. 

Even the New York Police Department also debunked claims of collisions and injuries on the way. The statement from the executive officer revealed that there were no reported arrests, injuries, or collisions along the way. The Duke and Duchess arrived at their location safe and sound despite the somewhat chaotic journey. That said, the Duke certainly felt like he could understand what his late mother, Princess Diana, who died in a fatal car accident, might have gone through all those years, as reported by The Times.
