The blockbuster Oprah interview was followed by the funeral procession of Prince Philip. The Netflix deal that banked on inside details from the Sussexes was followed by Prince Harry and Prince William, ignoring each other like the elephant in the room. And any supposed hopes of reconciliation that the walkabout sparked were trampled upon by the Harry & Meghan docuseries and the memoir. This now sets us up for another monumental event where Prince Harry and Prince William will face each other as their father gets crowned the King of Britain.

The last time Prince Harry updated us on the relationship between him and his brother, they were not on talking terms. However, this is not the first time that Prince Harry has greeted his brother in front of a gazillion cameras after saying something that he probably shouldn’t have.

It seems like time has a joke for Prince Harry and Prince William because following each shocking statement happens a very publicly demanding appearance. And no matter how tough and refined they act, the tension between them is clearly visible even in the pictures of the lowest qualities. However, thanks to the Duke of Sussex’s memoir, we now know that more often than not the aftermath of a grim walkout is a punch to the face or a very tense conversation.

The last time that Prince Harry and Prince William came face to face, things looked grim. And to think that the Harry & Meghan docuseries and the Spare memoir had not even dropped back then. Much like their previous frosty encounters, things are all set in order for the brothers to not spend much time in the same area. But will that be enough to keep the two brothers in order?

Will things ever be the same for King Charles’ sons?

Long gone are the days when Princess Diana, despite her whirlwind relationship with Prince Charles, made sure to give her two boys a happy family where they could count on each other. The saddest part of the Megxit, as many have stated, is to see the brothers that were once tied at the hip to maintain a 10-row distance at the very least from each other.

At this point, especially given how the Sussexes have banked on the riot between them and the Royal family, a reconciliation is not on the charts. Or on the coronation of King Charles.
