The two most remarkable sitcoms in the history of American television, How I Met Your Mother and Friends, despite being each other’s competitors, have many similarities. For instance, throughout the story, both shows emphasize the unbreakable bond of friendship between all the characters. However, there is one more thing that was first used by Jennifer Aniston on Friends, then we see it being used a lot in How I Met Your Mother.

Do you remember, whenever anyone in How I Met Your Mother would go out of their limits, what the others used to do? They used to hold interventions for them, right? Guess what? The cast of the NBC sitcom held an intervention for the Cake star for her tardiness. In her interview with US Weekly, as reported via HuffPost, Aniston admitted, “The boys did an intervention with me about my tardiness.

Although the boys (the male cast) confronted the Murder Mystery actress, it was David Schwimmer who took the initiative. One day, she was late because her alarm did not ring. She revealed Schwimmer confronted her with the utmost kindness. However, her co-star, Lisa Kudrow, also added more information to it. According to Kudrow, the boys discussed the girls were always late. Explaining her statement, the actress added how they had to get ready beforehand. On the other hand, the actors just had to get up from their beds and go to work.
