Sydney Sweeney is one of those actresses who has worked really hard to achieve success in Hollywood. However, the 25-year-old had to struggle a bit more because she was from a small town. From managing to fit into the city’s atmosphere to getting in line for auditions, she has seen it all. However, she believed in herself and saw the dream with an open eye. But sometimes there is something called “luck,” which is needed as a catalyst for a hardworking person.

In Sweeney’s case, this catalyst appeared when she auditioned for Euphoria. This show not only gained her worldwide popularity but also opened the gates for many more opportunities. However, very few people know that she was initially not going to do the show. The reason behind it was that she had booked a Netflix show, right before she auditioned for Euphoria.

Chambers follows a young woman named Sasha Yazzie, who receives a heart transplant and becomes haunted by mysterious visions. As she uncovers dark secrets about her donor, Sasha’s life intertwines with the sinister forces surrounding the organ, leading to a thrilling and unsettling journey.

Although she chose Euphoria over Chambers, Sweeney had a good reason not to. She revealed that while Chambers had its full season drawn out, Euphoria, on the other hand, just had its pilot drafted. It was a crazy decision she had to make back then. However, she believed in the script and director Sam Levinson and went with Euphoria.

While Chambers did not get renewed after one season, Euphoria is looking forward to releasing its third. Moreover, it has become one of the most-watched shows on HBO after Game of Thrones. By choosing Euphoria, Sweeney proved that sometimes you have to believe in the process rather than look forward to the results.
