When Queen Elizabeth II passed away in 2022, Great Britain came to a complete halt. After all, she had ruled for 70 years. While everyone was grieving, her family chose to put on a brave face. In fact, Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, Prince William, and Kate Middleton were not on the best of terms. However, they seemed to put their problems aside and stand as a family for their grandmother and their country.

However, now, nearly 2 years after the death of the queen, a royal biographer has come forward to not only shed more light on her final moments but also about the reason the brothers came together back then.

Why Prince William and Prince Harry met grieving crowds after their grandmother’s passing

Back in 2022, Prince William and Prince Harry were going through a rather rough patch with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex giving up their royal responsibilities. However, when Queen Elizabeth passed, something changed. According to reports from the Mirror, Robert Hardman, a Royal biographer had revealed that it was the oldest son of King Charles who had made the now iconic moment happen.

In a new book by Hardman about the King of England, he had stated that the 41-year-old “had organized” the walk with his bother, Meghan Markle, and even his wife Kate Middleton, just “two hours” after the news of her passing had become public. The biographer even went on to say that their time at the Long Walk in Windsor had not been easy on any of them.

While all of them may have come together for the Queen’s passing, their truce unfortunately did not end up lasting for too long. In fact, just a few months ago, it was revealed that the Prince and Princess of Wales had different stances on making up with their family across the pond.

Kate Middleton not inclined to make up with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle

The world might be praying for a miracle to fix Prince Harry and Prince William’s bond back up. However, that miracle will not be Kate Middleton. While the mom of three had once wanted to mend fences with her brother-in-law and his wife, Meghan Markle, that seems to be a thing of the past. After all, with their surprising revelations after leaving their royal responsibilities behind, it came as no surprise that the 41-year-old has had enough.

After shocking claims had come out about Markle and her supposed plans for a bombshell memoir, Middleton ended up being aimed at in Omid Scobie’s Endgame. While the whole situation ended up blowing over eventually, it still left a rather sour taste in her mouth.
