When Megxit occurred, subsequently Prince Harry and Meghan Markle went on to give their Oprah interview that left many shell-shocked. As the world watched from their screens, the rebellious royals dropped one allegation after another. After the craze of it all subsided, nobody expected the even more explosive memoir that would take the drama one step further. After all, the Duke of Sussex had recounted tales of mental and physical abuse at the hands of one of the most affluent families in the world!

Well, as it turns out, the extent of the truth stretched well beyond even that!

How did Prince Harry spare his brother and father?

Almost a month after his book was released in January this year, Prince Harry told The Telegraph that only half of what he had originally written had made it to his memoir. He confessed that he was still not ready for the “world to know” about certain events that transpired, “especially with” Prince William and King Charles. The 39-year-old even alluded to the fact that there was plenty of material to write a second book from Spare’s leftovers! 

Apparently, the first draft of what would go on to become a best-selling book contained almost 800 pages worth of content. Later, it was cut down to 400, meaning that he could have another book in his hands. As “hard” as it was for him to cut the disturbing bits about his family out, the father of two realized that the subjects of that material would “never forgive” him for divulging these secrets. 

However, his wife, who is rumored to be writing her own memoir, will not be held back by such concerns

Is Meghan Markle ready to tell it all now?

Ever since Spare hit the shelves this year, various speculations surfaced of whether the Duchess of Sussex will now take the same route. While no confirmation has yet arrived on the same, experts have already claimed that it shall be a ‘money spinner’ if she does. After all, a large chunk of the incidents that her husband penned down centered around what the Suits star had suffered at the hands of the royal family. So, it would only make sense to hear it in her own words.

While the Sussexes have already dished plenty of dirty deets, Prince Harry’s confession regarding how much was left out from Spare has only confirmed the possibility of more to come. In fact, it is also believed that the residents of Windsor Castle have been on edge regarding this concern. Well, if Markle was to really pen it down in her own memoir, best believe she would not hold back like her husband revealed to have done.
