One of the most admired love stories in Hollywood was Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt. The once-hot couple could not stay away from each other. Despite their highly public relationship, the only time they shared the screen together was in Friends. Pitt was featured as the guest star, Will Colbert, who hated Rachel. But their real-life relationship was the exact opposite. They were head over heels in love with each other and had shared their lives for 5 years.

After meeting the Fight Club actor in 1998, they got married in 2000. A year after their lavish Malibu wedding, the Friends actress shared how Brad Pitt shed tears during their wedding ceremony.

There is nothing more wonderful than knowing the one you are getting married to is completely in love with you. Jennifer Aniston felt that when she walked down the aisle on her wedding day in 2000. During her interview with Rolling Stone in 2001, the Cake actress opened up about how seeing her then-husband crying while standing at the altar moved her. “There’s nothing more moving than seeing a man cry at his own wedding,” Aniston said during her Rolling Stone interview.

During the same conversation, Aniston opened up about her views on marriage. She admitted it was not a stereotypical thing for women only. She believed it was a team effort. Therefore, when she saw Brad Pitt crying as she walked down the aisle, she felt even luckier. The Murder Mystery actress admitted she felt the obvious jitters a day before her wedding. However, on the wedding day, she was extremely excited to take the big step with the one she loved.

Unfortunately, the couple announced their split in 2005. While it broke their fans’ hearts, it affected the actress deeply. During her appearance on The Ellen Show in 2022, Aniston opened up about her divorce. She revealed she went into depression since around the same time, the famous sitcom, Friends, also ended. However, the Echo Films founder came through the other side of the tunnel.
