This portrayal of the character has been successful in attracting the attention of viewers around the globe. However, the decision of the actress of removing the romantic arc might shut down the chance of one character to be in season 2.

Jenna Ortega wants no romantic bonds in Wednesday Season 2 

In her latest interview with Variety Jenna Ortega opened up about the story of Wednesday Season 2. The young actress, who will also be taking the role of producer this time revealed the series will bring more mayhem and blood this time. Since the show depicts creatures of supernatural powers it is best to take that aspect more seriously. This is why the team has decided to remove any romantic love interest for her character which she thinks is good for the raven.

Well, it might be good for the scream queen who has no windows open for love in reel or real life. But there is a chance that because of this the season might not include Xavier in the story. The debut season majority focused on the love triangle between him, the storm cloud, and Tyler. Moreover, the end also hinted at the spark between Wednesday and Xavier when he gifts her a new phone to stay connected.

However, this new revelation is putting all those things on edge now and hints at the possibility of Percy Hynes White’s removal from the show. So if he drops out from the show, the mysteries related to Xavier would remain unexplored.

How Xavier’s character can add up to the drama of the horror show? 

Fans might have seen that Wednesday got some messages from some stalker. It is possible that Xavier is the one who is behind it, or a puppet to someone more powerful. So if he leaves the show, all those aspects will be left unrevealed, whether he is a true friend or not. Also, we have seen that he has the interesting power of drawing the future so he can team up with Wednesday to dive deep into the secrets Nevermore has been holding for long.

Wednesday herself gets these glimpses of the future and their powers together can be quite helpful. So instead of getting into a romantic relationship, they can build true friendship this time around. But these are just assumptions and we do not know what the highly anticipated season would bring for viewers, including who is in and out.
