Since the day he announced his departure from a beloved show, The Witcher, Henry Cavill fans became hopeful for his future as Man of Steel. However, soon after his exit from the Netflix Original, James Gunn axed the hopes of Cavill’s fans from the DCU as well. It was rumored despite being axed, they would keep the English actor’s cameo in the upcoming DC movie, The Flash.

Days before its release, the cast of the upcoming DC movie is busy promoting the flick. Cameo or no cameo, the Enola Holmes actor still holds a place in the discussion of the film. Sasha Calle, Andy and Barbara Muschietti, and Maribel Verdú were present at the press conference for Latin America. The Supergirl shared some intriguing details about her conversation with the British actor.

She was asked if she talked to anyone who had already played Supergirl or Superman. Calle admitted she had talked to both Henry Cavill and Melissa Benoist. Interestingly, the 40-year-old actor, among many lucky ones, had already watched The Flash. However, hearing this raised the question of whether he liked it or not. The actress revealed Cavill loved the movie.
