He said something to her, and she responded with, “you’re such a d*ck.” While leaving, Smith told the crew that he liked her. It turned into a joke about him liking her for calling him a d*ck.

Her audition was truly unique for another reason: she was wearing in wet, spoiled clothes. She was in Hvar, Croatia, on a backpacking trip with her brother. Not only did she lose her baggage when traveling fast to New York, but she also appeared at the location in ripped shorts and a wet pajama top. However, the makers thought of it as a fresh look and loved that since it gave a glimpse of what to expect.

To this day, the actress jokes about how she likely got the role for dressing up shabbily and calling Smith a d*ck. But despite all of that, she developed a great bond with the Emancipation actor that led to rumors.
