Everyone is making a lot of noise and cheering the duo for their much-awaited appearance in Deadpool 3. Finally, fans will be seeing Deadpool and Wolverine side by side on the big screen. Well, not only fans but Ryan Reynolds and his buddy, Hugh Jackman, are also excited about the film. Recently, Reynolds gave voice to Jackman’s excitement.

Scheduled to release on November 8, 2024, Deadpool 3 will see many X-Men characters reviving their roles. One of them is fan favorite Logan aka Wolverine. After winning the Canadian Academy Award for his humanitarian work, ET Canada interviewed the 46-year-old actor. He revealed how excited he and Jackman are about the film. Reynolds added when he pitched Deadpool 3 to The Son actor, it was already enough of a divergence from the character that he knew and the character that he had left behind.

This film would give Jackman something entirely new to play with “and something that he’s really excited to do.” The Red Notice actor also admitted they wanted to do this for around a decade. He added it so, when it is finally happening, they can not wait for fans to see it, too.

Both actors have been preparing for their characters. They frequently post their workout pictures on their social media as a part of their infamous feud and tease each other.

To portray a larger-than-life character, the actors have to be physically fit as well. To justify their respective characters, both MCU actors have been working on their physical health. Not long ago, the Canadian actor posted a picture of himself standing in the gym. In the caption, he wrote, “Keeping up with The Jackmans.”

Talking about this post with ET Canada, the father of four teased his frenemy. He said, “Hugh Jackman is a beast.” Teasing his buddy, he added, Jackman is obsessed with his body and thus, his Deadpool would have to be as strong, too.

Not only Reynolds, but Jackman is also following a strict diet that he spoke about a little while ago. As hard as he finds it to follow his diet, he admitted he enjoyed it.
