Moreover, it will also have a story or two about the actor’s injuries as well. One such film where the 75-year-old actor had a serious injury was The Last Stand. His co-star, Johnny Knoxville, opened up about how he felt working with the Terminator actor.
The Last Stand is a 2013 action thriller film. Starring Peter Stormare along with Johnny Knoxville, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and other star actors, the film provided a proper mixture of action and comedy. When the film hit the theaters, the two stuntmen and stars of the film appeared in an interview with hollywoodstreams and Knoxville expressed his love for the Terminator actor. He revealed he was too old to do the stunts when he started. However, the former bodybuilder’s stamina and ethics impressed Knoxville.

The 52-year-old actor revealed his co-star’s energy was commendable. “He’s an inspiration,” admitted Knoxville as he admired his co-worker. The Last Stand was the first film that saw Schwarzenegger in the lead role after Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines in 2003. After almost a decade, when the actor came back as the lead in the film, his fans became extremely excited as well.
While talking about the stunts, they also talked about the injuries they had during the film.

As some action films require some intense stunts, it increases the chances of getting hurt, too. However, the former California governor is used to performing his own stunts, and in The Last Stand, he did the same. While performing a scene, the actor got badly injured in his head.
During the interview, the Commando star opened up about it. He said he had all kinds of injuries in his career. But it was a part of his job, as he said. Although the actors try to protect themselves, inevitably some mistakes occur and they get hurt. He added if you did not want to get hurt; he suggested not to do this. Instead, he suggested doing something harmless, like being a stamp collector.
