Even with their worrisome ongoing cases and controversies, the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle never failed to surprise her followers with her alluring choices of fashion. Spotted leaving a Michelin-star sushi restaurant in Montecito last month, the Sussex couples were seen upbeat and ready for their upcoming battles. The duo kept it all low-key and casual as they always have been. Although the Meghan Markle Effect never really faded away, her day-to-day casual and official outfits boosted her effect even more than it was.
On their latest visit, Markle rocked a brown long-sleeved casual dress. She paired it with matching open-toed sandals and a slicked-back, low ponytail. Undoubtedly, it was straight-up pure Californian attire pulled by the Duchess. However, what caught our eyes was her steady pattern in the choice of footwear she wore. While royal members on duty are often seen in high pumps and heels, Markle has been keeping it all flat, almost forever.

And the Duchess just knows how to keep intact the old money vibe along with a tinge of modernization in her outfits. Recently, she wore a one-strap slip-on from Hermes, made of tan leather.

The versatile detailing and the stitches perfectly matched the vibe of the outing. However, back in the day, she also preferred slip-on from various other well-known brands. From high-profile brands while Chanel, the Duchess has a collection of CC Cap-toe flats and a few pairs of Ballerina flats as well. The former American star is often seen in solid flats too; those stand at a hundred dollars nowadays, as listed out by Daily Mail.

It just went with the type of person she considers herself as a whole. Nevertheless, all her humble shades were much more vibrant than the usual royal ensembles we are used to.
