From supporting children’s hospitals to raising awareness, he is set on making the world a better place, a dozen causes at a time. Bringing his upbeat charm to all the charity endeavors he supports, he proves that social work doesn’t have to be devoid of smiles.

Recently, the father of three met a like-minded entrepreneur who pioneered various youth and women’s empowerment initiatives in India. And judging by the man’s words, Reynolds left him more than impressed.

After celebrating the third anniversary of Group Effort Initiative last week, Reynolds visited a cooperative run by Anil Agarwal. A chairman of a $25 billion worth Vedanta Ltd, Agarwal posted about his experience of meeting the Canadian actor to X. While calling him “extremely passionate about child welfare initiatives”, he also expressed his wish to “collaborate on social causes.”

As he shared his childhood story with the Free Guy actor, Agarwal introduced him to the nutri-bar his cooperative created “to fight malnourishment.” Also remarking that people had told him about Reynolds being “one of the nicest people”, he said that the actor was “happy” to learn about their methods.

Considering Reynolds’ readiness to join hands with every initiative he resonates with, he may just collaborate with the Indian philanthropist as well. Just a few days ago, the actor’s home country did something very special to recognize his efforts as well.

Canadian government presents Reynolds with a rare honor

Much like his recent awareness video for cancer, the world welcomes all of Reynolds’ initiatives with open arms. To reward all that he does for his country, the BC province appointed him to the very prestigious Order of British Columbia. Because besides putting a smile on fans’ faces with his witty one-liners, he has donated millions to charitable initiatives.

With his donations to food banks, healthcare, and empowerment projects, among many others, the Deadpool star earned every right to this honor. And now winning the heart of the Indian philanthropist, he continues touching hearts across the world.
