After ticking Timothée Chalamet and Jungkook lookalike contests off their list, pop culture has now also enjoyed a Glen Powell lookalike contest held at his very heart in his home town, Texas. However, the Powell lookalike contest was unlike any other, as his own mom had come to judge the contest, and also the winner and his entire family have earned a cameo in the actor's net film.

The contest attracted fifty shades of Glen Powell as various degrees of Glen Powell presented themselves. However, unlike the other lookalike contests, this one actually had a lifetime opportunity at the end, courtesy of the actor's mom.

Fans who are nose deep into these lookalike contests these days were overwhelmed with emotions at Glen Powell's mother's kind gesture.

The next movie that Glen Powell is working on, among other things, is set to be The Running Man, a dystopian action thriller set to further pave the way for Powell as a main lead. Co-produced and directed by Edgar Wright, the movie will now feature Glen Powell's look alike and supposedly his family, unless this is not the project that his mother was referring to while announcing the prize.

Fans were in awe of the size of the crowd as they remarked how the other look-alike contest winners must be beating themselves up over the missed opportunity. Some were simply surprised that in the intense arena of celebrity lookalikes, Glen Powell's actually looked like him.
