MCU is gearing up for 2024 with stellar lineups of releases and every one of them is edging towards a daze. Following decades of blockbuster service, MCU’s next Avengers movie is keeping comic heads on a cliffhanger with the controversies surrounding Jonathan Majors and the news of the movie retooling there onwards. With priority-tagged releases like Deadpool & Wolverine collating with the X-Men Universe, the world of superhero mashups is making the anticipation both thrilling and unsettling.

During this fragile interval, as fans are picking up theories to connect the dots of MCU’s future, a recent set of rumors coveting mostly all the speculation is presently storming the Internet with teasers of Kang’s return, Deadpool’s upcoming plot, and more.

This year for the Marvel fans is anything but a cakewalk. Commencing from the news of MCU dropping Jonathan Majors that made Kang’s retreat bleak, a recent gossip circuit sourcing from Daniel Richtman’s Patreon handle says something otherwise. As per his disclosure, Kang the Conqueror is reportedly set for the role of villain in the upcoming Avengers 5 and 6, with the possibility of additional inclusion of another malevolent force. With Majors sidelined, however, this prompts the question of whether that probability will also pertain to his return for the role.

Since the studio is moving mountains to shift the focus from Kang with initiatives to re-title, the rumors built more anxiety than anticipation. However, the chain of supposition does not rest here because it also reads between the lines of the upcoming priority release of MCU, Deadpool & Wolverine. According to Richtman, the plotline of this Mercs and Claws crossover will implant a unique concept of multiverse that is yet to be explored

With the MCU picking up the breadcrumbs of the Marvel galaxy for reboot tactics, the X-Men Universe is making way for newbies. But for the old-school fans, this gossip circuit could be everything they wish for since it hints that Mister Sinister might be helming as the arch-nemesis for X-Men. Earlier in August 2023, the rumor mill began swinging for his arrival as the villain for MCU’s Phase 5 due to his visit to the Earth, in turn making Mister Sinister’s MCU debut a great bet.

Perhaps, it might lean on a flashback theory to connect the dots while the upcoming Deadpool & Wolverine could lend a hand for its smooth entry. But that is all really a speculation for now, just like the next one. For the last treat for Marvel fans, Richtman has made space for Ghost Rider, whose possibility of early developments is edging fans into a frenzy. By the looks of it, the Spirit of Vengeance is making its return to the MCU, but it is not the same as his arc in the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. While additional details remain undisclosed, the solitary network of whispers, fueled by anticipation, prompts one to ponder: What if it is all true?
