Mathew Perry took his final breath in his Los Angeles home on Saturday. TMZ first reported the news and revealed that the Friends alumni was found dead after apparently drowning in his jacuzzi. However, the exact reason for the actor’s death has not been unveiled so far. The reports state that Perry had returned to his house after a 2-hour round of pickle ball. Upon returning, the actor sent his assistant to run an errand. However, after the assistant came back nearly 2 hours later, he discovered the actor was unconscious and immediately called 911.

The authorities rushed to the actor’s house at around 4 p.m. where they found him unconscious, lying in his jacuzzi. Initially, the first responders rushed on, thinking it was a case of cardiac arrest. The reports further state that the grounds on where the tragic incident took place are unclear. Despite having a history of substance abuse, sources have revealed that there were no drugs or chemicals found at the scene. Moreover, they have cleared the air and stated that “no foul play” was involved. As of late, the authorities are yet to discover what Perry was doing prior to his death and investigations are underway.
