Step count has become quite trendy in the recent past. Not only are people setting step-targets as a fun challenge for themselves but also integrating the activity into all electronic gadgets. The craze to achieve targets and meet a daily count is gaining more and more popularity. Meanwhile, Schwarzenegger came in to emphasize the importance of walking more. The Pump Club owner said, “Every 500 steps you take is associated with a 7 percent decreased risk of death from cardiovascular disease.”

If one wanted to reduce the risks further, one could aim for 1,000 steps. That would help with a 15 percent reduction in “all-cause death.” And as usual, Schwarzenegger had a throwback video with a fun caption saying, “Me and the boys when Arnold Pump Club says to get moving.” The video comprised of young and fit men running in their briefs. The group of men looked to be a part of a running marathon or an awareness run.
