If one wanted to reduce the risks further, one could aim for 1,000 steps. That would help with a 15 percent reduction in “all-cause death.” And as usual, Schwarzenegger had a throwback video with a fun caption saying, “Me and the boys when Arnold Pump Club says to get moving.” The video comprised of young and fit men running in their briefs. The group of men looked to be a part of a running marathon or an awareness run.
His “fitness for all” motto seems to be working like a charm on all his positive-minded fans.
