Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney’s Wrexham feat is no secret affair. Since their takeover, the Hollywood duo has achieved everything they promised. Apart from helping the club gain promotion nearly 15 years later, they have made some impressive changes. Moreover, their comeback to the second division has been a treat to witness. The Red Dragons currently stand at third in the league table and even record an impressive FA Cup win. However, that is not all the fans have to celebrate. 

The past few weeks have been a delight for Wrexham fans as the club is on a roll. In the midst of a good run, Wrexham announced another delightful news.

Phil Parkinson has been a key contributor to the team’s success. The Wrexham boss led the side to a record-breaking run in the National League. Owing to the club’s impressive performance, Parkinson was recently nominated for Manager of the Month award by EFL. 

The EFL released a statement praising the club as they labeled the Red Dragons flamboyant under Parkinson’s guidance. Moreover, the League revealed how the club enjoyed an unbeaten run in October. As impressive as it sounds, Wrexham collected five wins and two draws, picking up four clean sheets in the process.

So far, Lee has scored ten goals for Wrexham, more than Reynolds’ favorite Paul MullinThe result for the nominations will be declared on November 10th. In the meantime, Wrexham has some challenging matches in the forthcoming weeks.

After an incredible month in November, Wrexham currently stands at the third position in the Football League. The following weeks are packed for the Red Dragons as they will next host Gillingham at the SToK Racecourse on 11th November. Following that, the club will face Accrington Stanley a week later. Winning these two fixtures will play a crucial role in pushing Wrexham’s dream of back-to-back promotions.
