The last time Sussexes made it to the news alongside Oprah Winfrey, it caused shockwaves across the entire world. However, there were no shocking twists this time as the couple, along with Winfrey, attended a peaceful flagship event, the One805Live Fall Festival. The royals joined Kevin Costner, who is also the ambassador of The One805 Advisory Council, to present him with an honorary award. Costner along with his wife Christine hosted this year’s festival on their ocean-side estate in Summerland.

The charity fundraising festival is for honoring all the Santa Barbara County 1st responders, including police officers, paramedics, emergency medical technicians, and firefighters. Winfrey took to the stage to deliver a heartfelt speech for all the local first responders and honored them. This festival has also been gaining a lot of attention owing to Maroon 5’s headlining the Fall One805LIVE. Apart from the Maroon 5, the festival will also have many other stars in attendance in the coming months.
