Superman

Superman is one of the most memorable roles Henry Cavill has played in his career. He embodied this iconic superhero so perfectly that fans still wish for his return to the franchise. The reason behind his immense impact on the audience was his love for Superman comics. The 40-year-old used his vast nerdy knowledge of the character to better understand how to play the Man of Steel. In fact, he once mentioned classics like Red Son and The Death of Superman, which inspired him to take the role. Not to mention he even has a dog named Kal which is the Kryptonian name of Superman in the comics.

The actor said it would be an amazing adaptation because he felt it had a great plot. “I started playing it and I’m really enjoying it. And so, something like that I think would be fun to turn into a movie,” he remarked. So if this does happen, the creators already have him to play the grizzled cowboy character.
