So, when the strikes ended, Hugh Jackman was among the first one to visit the movie sets after a four-month wait. To commemorate the occasion, he posted a selfie on social media with his iconic beard. To add to this, the actor has posted an Instagram story in which he appears to be clean-shaven. This has piqued the interest of his admirers, who are wondering whether or not the production of the movie has concluded.

The beard plays an important role in Jackman’s portrayal of Logan, thus there could be two reasons why the actor opted to shave his beard. The first being that the filming of the movie has been completed, as Shawn Levy previously stated over half of the film had been shot prior to the strikes. The second reason could be that the actor would now use a false beard to complete the rest of his scenes. For now, however, fans will have to wait for more updates from the actor.

While the actor’s iconic beard has surely made rounds on the internet his overall physique is not far behind. After Deadpool 3 was shown a green light, the actor was back in the gym lifting heavy weights.

After a long wait of several months, the actor was seen hitting the gym in full force to prepare for his iconic character. Adding to this he posted a video of himself on his Instagram page deadlifting heavy weights while jamming to the enticing beats of the rock band AC/DC’s ‘Thunderstruck.’ The actor also captioned the post “LFG (Let’s fu**ing go)” with the hashtag “becoming Wolverine again.” However, this was not the only thing present in his workout routine.

In a previous interview, the actor revealed that, in order to bulk up for his role, he consumes around 8,000 calories a day. Further, he promised the audience that they’d see his character in its “bigger than ever” physique. Not just Jackman, but his Deadpool co-star Ryan Reynolds was also spotted hitting the gym recently for the upcoming movie. This creates an intriguing situation for the audience, who will have to wait to witness the marvelous physique the two actors will present on the screen.
