In just a little over two weeks, Dallas will transform into a hub of excitement as fans of all things pop culture will gather for this year's annual Comic Con, better known as Fan Expo Dallas. This beloved event has been a fixture in North Texas since 2002 and hosted a plethora of television show casts, voice actors, action movie stars, and artists. And this year's lineup of guests is no exception. From Danny Elfman and Butch Hartman to Ian Ousley to Jason Priestley, attendees can look forward to an eclectic mix of celebrities at the event from June 7th to 9th.

Finn Wolfhard, however, has decided to give the event a pass and aligned himself with Deadpool's Morena Baccarin as one of the 'Cancelled Guests' at Dallas Comic Con. 

Finn Wolfhard has a lot on his plate. His schedule is currently packed with shooting an SNL origin film and wrapping up the final season of Stranger Things. However, the reason behind his absence from the annual Fan Expo Dallas, which will feature his castmates like Gaten Matarazzo and Caleb McLaughlin, is still a mystery. The official X page of Fan Expo Dallas recently informed that though the It star was “excited” about the event, he will not be able to make it “due to a last-minute change in his schedule”. 

This can be seen on the official page of Fan Expo Dallas as well, where Wolfhard’s name is mentioned in the canceled guestlist alongside Deadpool star Morena Baccarin's. She is also not attending the event this time due to similar scheduling conflicts. While the Stranger Things boys are looking forward to a partial reunion at the event, a major spoiler from the fifth season has heightened fans' anticipation for the final showdown, involving Finn Wolfhard’s character.

This spoiler was spread in the name of Maya Hawke, an actress known for her iron-clad rule of keeping spoilers under wraps.

Recently, an unexpected spoiler regarding a segment of the finale's script for Stranger Things was leaked on X through the fan page, named Stranger Things On Spain. It was alleged by the page that Maya Hawke, known for playing Robin, disclosed this spoiler related to a sequence involving Finn Wolfhard's character, Mike Wheeler. The leaked script described a scene with Mike Wheeler getting an unexpected shower from what seems to be toilet water.

The scene allegedly took place in a restroom stall, where Mike experienced a sudden impact on his head. Sensing a dripping sensation, he peered upward, only to realize it could be water from the toilet above. Although it may have seemed minor, suspense grew as Mike heard another noise. But then, the script suddenly ended, leaving what happens next a mystery- just like Finn Wolfhard's unexplained absence from the Fan Expo Dallas.
