This is the second time the Oscar winner will be doing a live-action movie. According to the reporting website, The Family Man will be based on the origin story, where a father becomes the caregiver of his children. The Bad Boys star will play the role of a thriving businessman who is left alone with his kids after his wife leaves town for some work. Moreover, the film will reunite the director Andy Tennant and Will Smith who worked together in the 2005 romantic comedy Hitch.
Other cast members who will join him for this project have not been confirmed yet. Meanwhile, it can be a great project considering the experience of the 54-year-old in this genre. Viewers are aware of the iconic role he played for years in the famous sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
