Fans Have Strong Reactions to Will Smith Saying “I can’t dance”
On the 26th of January, 1998, a rapper who fell short on profanities and ultimately on record breakers released his second attempt at magic with Poke & Tone and L.E.S, which became not only a Billboard and Grammy ringer but also a timeless phrase and a musical number that will guarantee a fun dance memory and solidify Will Smith as the King of Groove. Ironically, the man who has had not one but two spectacular careers, one in Hollywood in rapping and the other acting, is known for his groove. One of his most profitable movies, Men In Black, also reached the pinnacle that it did owing to his dance moves.
So, when such an entity, whose moves manage to move, a million and many more around the world, says “I can’t dance,” it naturally triggers an unnatural reaction from his fans.

As the actor attempts redemption and unleashes a new era of performances and content, he makes sure that his fans still remember him as the loveable Smith who could get “jiggy wit it.” However, Smith informed his fans ‘my jiggy don’t jig anymore’ as he shared a compilation of his worst (best) dancing moments. From his attempt to rock Bollywood with his moves to his small celebratory dances, the actor counted them all. And fans were left baffled.
Smith’s dancing, call it nostalgia or taste, has many supporters. “Your dancing is a vibe,” wrote one fan, and “You’ve got the moves!” wrote another. Some even stated how the actor is better at dancing than they are. For instance, one fan commented: “Well I Cant Do ANY of Those Moves… So i guess you got me beat.” Another fan gave the actor a reality check with, “Your “Can’t dance” is waaaaaaay better than most fam.”
While others akin to good friends tried to steer his mind away from what he CAN’T do and showed him what he CAN do. “But you can rap though…let’s get back in the studio,” the comment read. And only a few thought of how moonwalking legend might react to his moves and the major guess was he would be “crying in a corner.”

The now 54-year-old actor has completely dedicated himself to his performance on the screen. As years went by, the actor piled on a plethora of varying roles to his resume and in the process was pulled farther from his rapping career. Despite being unvisited for a long period of time, its significance and shine have not decreased the least bit.
‘Gettin Jiggy Wit It’ especially has the ability to get everyone up and dancing. ‘Summertime’ and ‘Men In Black’ are equally capable of bringing out the best(worst) dancer in everybody.
