If you have watched The Proposal starring Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock, you would know how much Reynolds wanted his book to be published in 2010. Well, since it has been his dream in the film ever since, the Wrexham AFC player Paul Mullin announced his book titled My Wrexham Story. Fans shower their love on the player as well as the owner.

The Deadpool actor bought the third-oldest professional football club in 2021. When he and his partner, Rob McElhenney, took over the control of the club, it was not in a good shape. With dedicated work and strategic planning, the Hollywood celebrities gave the club a new identity. Paul Philip Mullin, an English professional soccer player, plays as a forward for the National League side Wrexham. The English player recently announced his book and the Canadian actor came forward to support him, too. 

This is not the first time that the 46-year-old actor supported the personal endeavors of Mullin. Moreover, as Milford Mercury once reported, the father of four visited Mullin’s son. Mullin’s son was diagnosed with autism in January. The Wrexham AFC owner went to visit him, which made the English player extremely happy.

Now, as the Red Notice actor is supporting the launch of his book, fans can not stop talking about it. They dote on the owner as well as the player.

The Wrexham AFC co-owners recorded their journey of getting control of the club in a documentary named Welcome to Wrexham. As fans see the actor supporting the journey of the player, they demanded the second season of the documentary. Some fans expressed how happy they were about the book. Fans also showed how eager they were to read the book and they promised they would pre-order it right then.

Fans could not stop projecting their sense of humor as well. While one fan suggested the Vancouver-born actor could play Paul in the movie adaption of the film. One of the fans also brought out Deadpool supremacy. Social media users also appreciated how much work the Hollywood celebrities have done to uplift Wrexham AFC as well. And others wished the writer of My Wrexham Journey all the luck.
