Deadpool humorously retorts that eating with a mask on is challenging, to which Logan counters that it is equally difficult for him to dine otherwise. The scene then transitions to the heroes approaching Giant Man's skeleton, prompting Deadpool to quip about Paul Rudd finally showing signs of aging.

The Paul Rudd reference is a classic meta joke on the Ant-Man character who never seems to grow as the years go by.
