This included Dr. Doom, Cyclops, and even Wolverine, the latter of which fans thought was a poor fit for Cavill due to his height. Similarly, some fans also believe that the 41-year-old is not the right fit for Mr. Sinister, as they doubt he has the necessary acting abilities to portray the complex character.

Meanwhile, many fans liked the idea and approved Henry Cavill as the X-Men villain.
