In Season 2’s first episode, fans saw Maddy upset at a house party who did not know that her best friend Cassie and her ex-boyfriend Nate were in the bathroom together. When Nate came out, Cassie got scared and hid in the bathtub. People on the internet made funny captions on a picture of Cassie in the tub, joking about times they would want to hide. The best meme template, however, was the scene where Cassie daydreams about delivering a monologue. In the monologue, Cassie confesses her love for Nate to Maddy and others. 

The monologue hits its climax as Cassie tearfully shouts, “You can all judge me if you want, but I have never ever been happier!” Strangely enough, this emotional outburst became a popular sound on TikTok well before we could have anticipated its impact.
