Much like the Kardashians, before heralding an empire of her own, Grede too had been an employee who worked under a boss. In her interview with Jay Shetty Podcast, Grede admitted that her past experiences, especially her role as a “paper round”, played a crucial role in determining what actions to avoid when in a leadership role. The same also conquered her love for the “power of mornings”.
The business mogul revealed that she is “an early bird”. Working for the paper round required Grede to start her mornings while it was still dark. However, this grind-in-the-dark phase in England was a motivator for her very early on. She described how she would get a “head-start” returning home and preparing for school at a relaxed pace, contrasting with her siblings, who were often in a rush.
Emma Grede’s wizardry in the matter of business is an inspiration. From doing paper rounds and retail runs to a corporate visionary behind the Kardashians, she has come a long way.

Behind Kardashian’s business empire, there is more than one expert at work whose business tricks are making their way into the world. While Kim Kardashian has already flaunted her business strategies at Harvard, Grede has been recognized as one of the personalities for Forbes 30 under 30. Hailing a net worth of an estimated $400M, she is also the name of recognition behind Khole Kardashian’s Good American.
Recently, Grede tried to bridge the gap between digital and traditional retail with Good American. The brand has also expanded its partnerships with H&M, Evereve, and others. On the other hand, SKIMS has chartered its shapewear evolution into the men’s closet. Greeting $1B and $4B respectively, it seems Grede is calling the shots for the billionaire babies, including herself.
