Sydney Sweeney is undoubtedly one of the most versatile and kind actors in Hollywood. However, it is not just her acting skills that have made people her die-hard fans. This multitalented human can professionally restore cars, is a trained MMA fighter, and was also valedictorian during her school days. While her other two skills have received enough attention, the part where she was valedictorian barely came to light.
Sweeney might play the dumb blonde as a character sometimes, but the actress is really very smart in real life. She has occasionally revealed that her parents, especially her mom, have been very strict when it comes to education. The 25-year-old recently appeared on the Award Chatter podcast of The Hollywood Reporter and revealed various current and past aspects of her life.

When the host asked her about the time she became valedictorian, the actress accepted it. She has always been good at studies, and that is how she landed on that opportunity. The Spokane native said, “Education is really important, and so I stuck with it.”
When asked about the other extracurriculars she participated in, Sweeney said that she took all the AP classes at the school. She also revealed in the podcast that her mom studied and practiced law for a while and her father was in the pharmaceutical business, which describes her being so studious.
Her love for education does not really match the profession she is in, but that is what this small-town girl is all about.
