Duchess of Dior? Meghan Markle to Sign a Deal With the Luxury Brand Following Fallout With Spotify?

The big chaos around Prince Harry and Meghan Markle mutually agreeing with Spotify to part ways has become the talk of the town lately. The Archetypes with Meghan series was just one of the building blocks of their plan to cash in on their post-Megxit life. However, the twelve-episode podcast that was launched with much fanfare will not be renewed for a second season. Adding fuel to the fire was the blistering attack by the Audio company’s executive Bill Simmons, who labeled the couple as “f****** grifters.” The stress that followed was vividly noticeable as Markle made a glum appearance in public. However, there seems to be yet another good news awaiting the Duchess. 

The latest updates have sparked hope for the pair as a new brand is currently in talks to associate with the couple. As reported by Sunday Mail, the Duchess is rumored to sign yet another high-profile deal with the royalty of the fashion brand, Dior. This came up as a bid from her talent agency, William Morris Endeavor, which aims to “reinvent” the Duchess. Following the Spotify fallout, the outlet claimed that all anyone is talking about is Meghan Markle. However, nothing has been confirmed by either the luxury fashion brand or by the Sussexes.

Reports have it that if this big deal is successfully signed by the Duchess, it would overshadow all the petty podcasts that got canceled. Spotify cited the reason as a lack of content for discontinuing Archewell Audio. Sources close to The Post revealed that the couple did not produce enough content to substantiate the $25 million deal. However, the cancellation of the series did not cause much harm to the couple. They had already accumulated all the big or small achievements that they could from the twelve-episode podcast.

Prince Harry’s Invictus is all set to hit the screen ahead of the Dior deal with Meghan Markle 

Being one of the first deals inked by the couple, Prince Harry’s Heart of Invictus also gained much scrutiny for its release. Some believed Netflix canceled the project. Others thought there it was never meant to be in the first place.

However, the latest updates by the authorities have confirmed that the deal is well in place. In fact, its summer release is still intact. Prince Harry will be the chief executive of the documentary that would narrate the story of Invictus from scratch.
