During his recent appearance on the Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie podcast on Nova FM, celebrity chef Jamie Oliver, who boasts an impressive net worth of $235 million, shared an intriguing story about his role in Brad Pitt's 40th birthday celebration when he was married to Jennifer Aniston. “I was actually Brad Pitt’s 40th birthday present from Jen,” revealed Oliver to the hosts. He recounted being so surprised when Aniston first contacted him that he hung up on her three times. 

Eventually, Aniston had to go through her agent to reach Oliver’s agent. Once they connected, Aniston asked if Oliver would cook for Pitt, who was a fan of his show on Tivo. Oliver gladly accepted, saying he would do it out of “love” because he admired the couple. Looking back, the celebrity chef still marvels at how the stars were just as remarkable off-screen as they were in the limelight.

According to Mirror UK, a source close to Jennifer Aniston revealed that after her split from Brad Pitt in 2005, she regretted not buying their family home from him. Nearly two decades later, as they reconciled as friends, Pitt bought back the house he had originally sold and gifted it to her for her 50th birthday. After selling the property for $49 million, he reportedly spent an astonishing $79 million to repurchase it in 2019. 

This purchase followed Aniston’s separation from Justin Theroux and Pitt’s split from Angelina Jolie. Previously, when they married in 2000, Pitt had invested $500,000 in Aniston’s wedding ring. While Aniston’s extravagant gift may have outshined past gestures, it underscores the notion that true love is priceless, especially when people are willing to go to such great lengths for each other.
