Despite His Disinterest to Work With Ryan Reynolds, This Actor Looks Forward to ‘Deadpool 4’

Marvel’s fan-favorite Merc with a Mouth is famous for his self-aware humor. But what makes Ryan Reynolds the perfect pick to portray the regenerative degenerate is his irreverent wit, and those punchlines that blur the line between his comic avatar, and comedic self. While a good deal may assume it is absolutely impossible to fall out of favor with Reynolds, a Deadpool actor did years ago. However, the Reynolds and Deadpool charisma works in mysterious ways because turning the tables on those salty equations, that very actor now seemingly looks forward to the next Deadpool film.

Though Reynolds has a knack for turning his critics into fans, it raises the question: what sparked this change of heart?

T.J. Miller, who played bartender Weasel in the first two Deadpool films, had a recent reversal of opinion regarding Ryan Reynolds. Miller appeared on SiriusXM’s The Bonfire (via Entertainment Weekly), speaking of Reynolds with a new-found love and respect after alleging he was “horrifically mean” to him, stating he would “not work with him again” on The Adam Carolla Show, two years ago. Calling him a “good friend” now, Miller revealed talking with Reynolds recently, while expressing interest in the next Deadpool film.

Miller also admitted later that month two years ago, following The Adam Carolla Show how Reynolds reached out to him, and they were back on terms on SiriusXM’s Jim Norton & Sam Roberts Show. Calling it all a “misunderstanding,” the Deadpool actor shed light on how emails were exchanged and they patched up right away. Although there have been no such announcements regarding a fourth installment in the franchise, Miller’s interest in joining forces with Reynolds is enough to keep up the hopes for its potential.

Speaking of Deadpool, though Miller was not part of Reynolds’ anti-heroic excursion with Wolverine, he could take pointers for the upcoming from Deadpool & Wolverine from the comfort of his home.

Deadpool & Wolverine starring Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman is now streaming

Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman’s highest-grossing R-rated blockbuster, Deadpool & Wolverine recently got the green light for streaming on Disney+ on November 12. The film made its digital streaming debut on premium video on demand on October 1. To celebrate Deadpool & Wolverine’s launch on Disney+, Marvel Studios released the most accurate teaser for the superhero duo.

The Deadpool & Wolverine teaser features the Merc with a Mouth’s favorite partner-in-crime, Blind Al. It shows the two sitting side by side on a sofa with Deadpool & Wolverine streaming on Disney+ while Blind Al extends a hand to the Deadpool & Wolverine popcorn bucket, held by the regenerative rogue. Though the scene is R-rated and suggestive on its own, it ends with Deadpool, saying, “Welcome to Disney+.”
