According to the latest report from the Mirror, the Duchess is reportedly facing issues in recruiting staff for her new venture, as indicated by Tom Quinn, a royal expert. Quinn suggests that the difficulty stems from Markle's desire to assemble a team brimming with their own ideas while also being compliant with her directives.

He emphasized that the "biggest problem" for the Duchess, who remembers her time living at Kensington Palace, is that she expects staff to promptly act upon her requests without necessarily asking them in an “ultra-polite, old-fashioned English” manner. This "tough outlook" has allegedly contributed to her difficulty finding suitable staff for her brand.

In late May this year, royal expert and author Tom Quinn spoke with the Mirror about Meghan Markle's American Riviera Orchard. Quinn expressed the view that the Duchess had faced widespread ridicule for her latest venture, largely due to its extravagant and costly nature. "Meghan was in tears when the brand launched," the author told the tabloid. He emphasized that Markle has developed a belief that everything she attempts ends in failure.

Despite having had the vote of confidence for her brand from Nacho Figueras, Garcelle Beauvais, Tracy Robbins, and others, Quinn explained that Markle believes she will face unfair criticism no matter what she does. While this appears to be a setback for Markle's visionary qualities, criticism remains a persistent issue. However, known for her resilience, the Duchess has frequently fought back against adversity. Therefore, the future success of American Riviera Orchard largely hinges on the Duchess's ability to persevere.
