However, in light of the same, her current and former staff members have stepped forward to set the record straight, shedding light on Markle's true character. Contrary to sensationalized reports, they describe a kind, empathetic, and dedicated leader.

Contrary to the "dictator in high heels" label, Meghan Markle's staff painted a vastly different picture. US Weekly's latest cover story revealed a considerate leader. Debunking the claims of Meghan Markle sending demanding 5 am emails, former employees highlighted how contradictory her email signature instead is. According to the staff, it reads something like, "My working day may not be your working day. Please do not feel obliged to reply... outside your normal working hours." 

A former staffer further praised Meghan Markle's willingness to share credit with her 16-member team, comprising Archewell Foundation, production, which also consists of the Netflix communications staff. Citing instances where the Duchess would credit the team members for ideas, the staff highlighted how a normal day at work looks like for Meghan Markle. They even added how she would send personalized thank-you emails after successful projects and so on.

They describe her leadership style as composed and effective, providing clear direction and focusing on solutions.

They emphasize their mission to do good through their work, rejecting unfair comparisons. There is no doubt that their Loyalty and dedication shine through as they rally around the 43-year-old American royal.
